Both times I met with Paul beforehand to discuss the work to be done, get the estimate and schedule the trimming. "The crew arrived early! Yea! They had lunch in the shade of the 40 foot pine that needed trimming and shaping then went to work. The owner (Paul) arrived to check on work progress and confer with the crew. It took 5 men 2.5 hours to complete the work. The pine tree being the biggest challenge and in need of work. They did an outstanding job on all of the trees and they look beautiful. They cleaned up after the trees were trimmed, not leaving anything behind. Except for the fact that the trees look beautiful again you would not know they were there. The owner is knowledgeable and available to the work crew and to the home owner for input at all times!"
