The Brazilian Pepper Tree (Schinus terebinthifolia) is a fast-growing evergreen known for its dense canopy and bright red berries. It adapts well to a wide range of soil conditions and requires minimal water once established. While it provides excellent shade and screening, this species can spread aggressively and should be carefully considered before planting in residential landscapes.
