We are fully licensed, insured and bonded.

Tree Barber Enterprises holds a D49 Tree Service Contractors License and carries full liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.

Unlicensed contractors are more pervasive in the Tree Service industry, so it’s especially important to obtain license and insurance information before hiring a contractor. The Tree Service industry one of the highest risk services homeowners will ever need.

We are also members in good standing with several associations including the Better Business Bureau and the International Society of Arboriculture.

Anyone performing construction work in California that totals 500 dollars or more in labor and materials must be licensed by California State License Board. The construction industry is of one the largest industries in California. Licensed contractors must demonstrate at least four years of experience & education in the trade for which they are licensed, be fingerprinted, have an FBI background check, and be bonded.

Becoming an ISA Certified Arborist is a process through which individuals can measure their knowledge and competence required to provide proper tree care. ISA Certification is not government-sponsored or endorsed; it is administered by the International Society of Arboriculture as a way for tree care professionals to demonstrate their commitment to the profession and the industry.

The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) issues licenses and certificates to persons and businesses that apply or sell pesticides, pest control dealers and brokers, Persons who advise on agricultural pesticide applications. It also certifies pesticide applicators who use or supervise the use of restricted pesticides.
