Crape Myrtle | Drought Tolerant Trees
The Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica) has good reasons why this it is so popular: it grows to an ideal height, the canopy establishes very quickly and evenly, and the bloom cycles are exceptionally long. Crape Myrtles are known to show their beautiful red-pink flowers from early spring all the way into the fall.
